When you guys say 16oz or even 500g per yield are you referring to the wet or dry weight?
That depends on the poster. Some people weigh it dry, I usually just weigh mine wet, and figure 20% of that wet weight will be the final weight.
100g wet will equal approximately 20g dry.

That’s dry and trimmed weight and some of us actually get those yields but you’ll need to have good light, environment, and have everything else dialed in to get near those yeilds (16oz in a 3x3).

Thanks for the clarification. I was looking into buying some seeds to get more predictable results. I’m unsure of what was actually grown Since people called their stuff all kinda things here

Your yield will depend on your experience, lighting, length of time in veg. and lots of luck. I like to veg for 50 to 60 days after putting the seedlings into my hydro system. If you choose to only veg for 30 days you will get a smaller yield. So lighting, the right environment, a 4X4 if possible and treating these like they were babies and you can easily get the 16 oz.
