Just a guess but you probably watered them way to much

Mound up dirt around the stem and support the tops with wire.

Probably over watering, but like @3high5you said just add a support and tie your plants to the support.
I think I have the same situation, but I’m not sure it’s over watering. I don’t see the leaves wilting at all. I’ve propped it up with two toothpicks. Here’s are photos from the side and top.
Is there anything else I should check on? Any advise?
