Lined my cube/nook/closet/germination area with mylar.Is their any chance this could fry them or should this be ok?running Autos inside my 3x3 tent

what kind of light and output and how far away?
Sorry.This is the light.And Their not intheir yet so I haven’t adjusted the length yet…And why I’m asking questions.Is it ok to go from peat pots to a small pot to the final or should I do peat pot to the final pot.They are autoflowers
Seedlings don’t need much light and I’ve heard mylar can create hot spots. Like cooking an ant under a microscope if a crease happens to focus light at a leaf.
Oh, and cool seedling nook!
