Autos, plant straight in finishing pots and only LST and they will never get stunned
But your issue is not that they are stunned or stressed the issue is you are feeding too much too young, stay off for 2 more weeks and they’ll be gorgeous

sorry to hear your having seedling troubles. I haven’t used coco. I start my soil seeds in promix seed soil and then they go in happy frog But
I have read a lot on growing with Coco, and I agree with @Mrcrabs and thanks for the tag 
I’ve read your supposed to rinse it. Do you have city water or a well?
Can you post a pic of all the seedlings?
How often and how much water do you use for watering?
Is your QB turned all the way up?
