Seedling huge already - time for transplant?

Hello everybody!
So I had some more bagseeds and decided, what the heck, I’ll plant them. I planted them on March 1. You can’t tell from the picture, but they are only about 1" tall but the first set of leaves is huge. Should I wait until more sets grow or should I transplant? I’m going by the “when they reach the sides of the solo cup” thing.

I planted them in a mix of organic seed starting soil and re-used FFOF (I know, don’t re-use soil but this is all for experimentation), maybe that’s why these are so big.

The little ones were planted later, fyi.

Thanks for your time!

wait for the plant to get ‘the same size’ as the container before transplanting.!

I use bigger seedling pots but usually go 4 to 6 weeks before transplant. Some folks use the “leaves to the outside of the pot” method. I personally look for roots poking out the bottom of the container.

Cool thanks for the replies, @SlowOldGuy, @SilentHippie. I was hoping to have to wait, I don’t have the soil or the space yet.

Smoke on!
