Hello everyone, I’ve got a couple ladies started. Both were started in soil (fox farms ocean forests) both popped at roughly the same time. One is doing exceptional better then the other. The bigger one is a master musk and the small one is a sour diesel. I’m just curious if it is the difference in strains that is causing the master kush to be mush further along? Or is there something I should be doing to help the sour diesel along?

Each seed is an individual and may grow differently that other seeds even from the same parent.
For example, I have two Maui Wowie seedlings that were germinated on the same day and placed in soil on the same day. They emerged from the soil just one day apart. One of them is about three inches tall and other is about 1 inch tall.

I would raise the tent RH to the range of 65%. They use the humidity as a source of water at this stage.

What do you recommend to best raise the RH?
The easiest way is to place a clear dome over the seedling. I use a clear Solo cup. You could always get a clear cup from a fast food place or a coffee place.

Awesome, already have some on hand. Should I spray the cup? How long should I leave it on them?

I don’t know how long more experienced growers leaf the domes in place. I usually keep the domes on for about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. I do remove the domes for a couple of hours each day during dark time and then replace the domes.
