had 3 seeds soaking per insttructions and only 2 had tails the third looked lie not much happend no tail
How long did you let them soak?
Older seeds or from here?
Sometimes the seeds just ‘crack’ and they are ready for soil.

that is exactly what happened to my GOA seed. I did plant it when I saw this just in case she will take off…
