Could be. When opening the calyx, it should be hollow and empty. That’s non-fertilized. Fertilized there will be a seed in various stages of development. A good seed is dark in color with striping.

Its like the calyx has opened and there is a little green pea there. Maybe they have turned hermies?
This is pics of the one plant that is looking and smelling great. Also, Ive looked for bananas on all the plants but havent found any.
