has anyone tried to Ron the exhaust out of a old window unit. Was thinking about stripping out the guts and running my exhaust through the unit to help with any possible heat signiture

That’s actually a really good idea. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.
Me either. I have a couple of small units so I may do it for my next grow
If you own the place, a dryer type vent will work, or a roof vent.

Yep, all of the above, but I like the repurposing of the old unit. If you have it, why not?

It would be perfect if you cant cut a hole in the wall/floor/ceiling because you are renting. I guess I’m just seeing the inside part as an empty cage hanging out the window with a hose dangling across the inside of the room to it LOL
Exactly we have other units in our window so it would just look like another.

Get one where the fan still works, ditch the compressor, and boost your exhaust!
