I would say amen but what I see is sea of green more than a scrog and yes I do see some cleavage lmao. When someone says SCROG I expect to see a few plants in a screen making them grow flat and level not 12 in a 5x5 but nice SOG anyway

I see a net in the canopy @Donaldj lol
a top shot would be nice to go with the bottom picture
And you can’t miss the cleavage lmao :joy:
Nice pruning job @Kaelz

lol a net is still used in sea of green since plants are so tight they don’t really sway enough to strengthen stems and end up leaning on each other fighting for light.

I agree with your first post and was just pointing out one was there sir
:v:CB

I love Sea Of Green old reliable but if you are in a place where you are semi legal it adds to plant numbers if you are illegal it adds to years lmao I am in the in between zone since I am not legal but plant numbers factor as intent a crop rotation can be explained and justified as personal with plants in 3 stages and monthly 3-4 plant harvest  but if I had 10 plants all in flower the first thing they’d say is intent to distribute

This isn’t a true “SCROG” though. I think that’s what the guys are trying to say. @peachfuzz

A real SCROG is supposed to look like your second picture, except only from 1 or 2 plants. Essentially what you have is a bunch of lollipopped plants with a net on the canopy.

This is a SCROG I did last year. Even this SCROG is improperly done. The net should be lower, and the limbs should be doubled or even tripled.

So what is the purpose for scrog anyway? Hello I’m new to this and on my first grow. But I will be attempting a scrog for my grows in a month or so!

Scrogging helps you level the canopy and can help you increase yield by improving airflow, light penetration, and providing support for heavy buds.

So you mention triming what exactly should I be trimming? And when should I start?
