This is my second grow and I have stronger lights this time around. I lollipopped the ladies and just started a 12/12 light schedule to go into flower.
Did I trim to deep?
I cut stuff off that will not reach the canopy and get light or enough light.
Interested to hear your thoughts.
Grow is a 4x4
4 plants
2 x Strawberry cough - Bag seed
1 x Buddah Cheese - Bag seed
1 x Purple Sleigh Ride - top of another plant or clone
5 gallon cloth pots
Fox Farms Coco-Loco medium
Fox Farms trio of nutes
Mars Hydro TS-3000W
Plants were sprouted around 10 weeks before this post.
Looks pretty good to me. Now you just gotta sit back and let the buttons start showing and then usually around day 21 you will strip most of the fan leaves off and open up all the bud sites to the light.
You should definitely keep big fan leaves trimd up occasionally and defoliate around days 21,42 of flower it will produce fatter bud ,feed buds instead of leaves
I would have waited until the 3 week stretch was over then defoliat and I’m pretty sure a second scrogg net is in order , about 10 to 12 inches above the first net , it will give you more control over your canopy after the stretch…
@JJ520, @peachfuzz thanks for the feedback, fatter buds is what it is all about, I put a second net in. I am day 7 of flower, so I will just water and feed for the next 2 weeks I will clean up a bit. As a new grower and this being my second photo grow I had made some changes which I am seeing the improvements.
I ph my water to between 5.5-6.
I am feeding FF trio nutrients
I upgraded my light to a Mars Hydro TS3000W for a 4x4 tent.
With improved circulation.
I am excited for big buds.
