Any suggestions for getting rid of these with my plants 2-3 weeks into flower?

Diatomaceous Earth (food grade only) may do the trick.
I applied some to the soil already, do you suggest blanketing leaves/buds
too?
Yes on the leaves too. Rub some under the leaves in the worst spots.

I usually wash my buds after anyways. Esp outdoors
