Medium is ffof ,last nite check one was 1250 ppm and the other was 4000. Should I be checking the first part of run off or wait for top part also how much water should I get back.plants are in flower should I feed them off bib bloom anyway or wait for ppm to drop

If your plants look good, then I wouldn’t worry about it. Pictures help.
I don’t look at run off numbers unless something appears wrong, or a deficiency is happening.
In super soils it’s not uncommon to see 4000+ if you checked run off.

Should I be watering to run off each time I water and how much should I get back I water every 3-4 days half gal each plant

I let my pots dry out good in between waterings. Plants in full flowering stage I will water slowly and shoot for about 20% runoff. The amount you water depends on the size of the pot.
