Root problems or genetic mutation?

My wedding cake auto has weird leafs, the other wedding cake next to it does not. Weirdly it has the most bud sites out of the other two.

Looks like it took after the Ruderalis strain that makes it a auto, they don’t have good bud structure, loose flowers, but treat it like everyone else in your tent, wait till pistols turn orange and harvest like normal. Here’s a picture of a 100% Ruderalis

Good luck man

My Wedding Cake auto looked exactly like that. It smokes very good, nice yield and easy to trim due to calyx/leaf ratio. I wouldn’t mind having that pheno again actually.

Good afternoon @Siluis335 the Ruderalis strain is a lower thc plant, one reason for crossing with indica and Sativa, because it takes after Ruderalis in looks doesn’t mean it takes after Ruderalis in its Turpin return. So doesn’t mean that it will be bad weed. Good luck my friend

The wedding cake auto I grew that looked like yours is pretty strong, 4-6 tokes and I’m blasted for 5 or so hours, more than that and I become one with the couch
