Rookie’s first Hydro Grow

Been awhile since I’ve posted - but many soil grows have past and I’ve flipped over to a Hydro setup. PowerGrow 5gal buckets w/ 4” air stones. Started these ILGM Blueberry autos six weeks ago in rockwool, and transferred them to the buckets when the roots appeared.

Running general hydro flora series w/ calmag, hydroguard and leaf feeding at lights out with Photosyn plus.

One thing about hydro - you’ll know right away if you do something wrong or if you’re on the right track.

I’ll grab some pics of the roots - they are honestly scary.

Glad to see you back. Would love to see the photos but they didnt upload try posting again. Sounds like your gonna be off to a good start with fast growth. I’ve only grown hydro 2x and when everything was going well they were monsters

Yeah, those first pics were a bit big lol…

Started under the fluorescent light, now two CMH fixtures w/ my old “blurple” leds for auxiliary. They are on a 20hr grow cycle - and I change the water out every ten days. They really suck up the distilled water/nutes. Adding about a qt to each bucket everyday.
