Replacement order

I order seeds few weeks ago, when i receive them they crushed and cracked by someone stepping on them, I got ahold of ILGM as soon as i received them and took pics and sent them to ILGM. they sent me another order out and today i received a pak of 5 seeds when i order buy 10 get 10 free of Fem Super Skunk and paid $109. none of the seeds were able to germinate cause of being crushed or cracked open. I have come to the conclusion that it really doesn’t matter what online seed company you go with you are going to get ripped off one way or another. 5 seeds = $109 thats crazy

Have u contacted support. ILGM is great with response. All 20 seeds crushed? Wow. someone wasn’t happy. Good luck.

O crap I hate to hear that, I just sent an email after talking to one of the moderator and was advised to because some of my seeds did not sprout after they had a tail showing. I will tag her and see what she has to say. She was a great help @ILGM.Stacy

I can’t say that I got a mix pack a for some reason 5 didn’t sprout I call them and less than 14 days I had new seeds give them a chance to make it right I really don’t think you’ll the service anywhere else I’ve been order from them probably 5 or 6 years and have had good luck with everything I’ve got from them happy growing

Yeah they need to drop guarantee sprout and just drop the prices. I’m finding it harder to even peek at what they got for sale because it’s going to be over my price range

While I haven’t ordered anything yet, I’ve got to say the sprouting guarantee, is IMO a great deal, and I’d rather spend $100 on 5 or 10 seeds I know will sprout, or will be replaced, than spend $75 on the same number of seeds but not knowing if they will sprout and if they don’t, that’s tough luck.

Yes, the smaller seed packs are pricey, but most of their larger ones are much less so. I do sort of wish the had a make your own 20 pack, where you could select 4 strains that cost the same, and get 5 of each, for a total of 20, at the discounted price of 20 seeds.

To the OP, are you saying you ordered 20 seeds, all were destroyed and ILGM only sent you 5 replacements? If so I’d give them a call, it sounds like a simple screw up, so I’d give them a chance to correct it.

I disagree. That sounds like bad luck man I ordered the
10+10. About ,7 didn’t germinate and they gave me a one time coupon for $119

I agree, it’s probably simple error - either on the part of the customer service person, the guy in the fulfillment center, or the person that opened the package. I got a 10+10 order a while back and only received half. After getting a bit salty about it I rechecked the bottom of the envelope (for the 3rd time) before calling. I found another pack of seeds.

The seeds themselves have to be the least expensive part of the customer acquisition/retention revenue generating process. Give CS a call and be nice.

Out of the three orders I’ve gotten , they were never crushed( same with the 5 international orders where they hide it in junk items) , but I do think it would be smart of ilgm to add a little structural stabilization to their shipping for bad delivery people( all they would have to do is buy a bulk order of DVD or cd cases and use them), .I’ve always said ilgm is seriously missing out by not having a build your own mix pack for slightly more money then preselected mix packs , I own a single strain of almost every mix pack and a hobbyist so I’d rather have 3-5 seeds of 5 varieties then 20 seeds of 1 variety.

Yea all of them were crushed or flattened and cracked, I tried to save a few but they wouldn’t germinate at all.

I ordered 5 back on the 4 of this month and it was less than 14 days they was here I can tell I think they have the best I’ve grown they always do really good I’ve had a hole lot better plants bigger father buds than anywhere else I’ve got seeds from and by saying that I won’t buy anywhere else but here I think there number 1 all the way around

They look rough for sure I would get back in touch with someone I’ve live in ky and I’ve always got them in pretty quick and been good I’ve tried other places I don’t know why I just can’t get the turn out that I do from there seeds I hope you get it fix hopefully happy growing

Looking at the print on the package, it looks like it got dropped on a floor at a warehouse tho place. That’s repeated steps, with some other kind of tread mark, like a forklift or something. Just “stepping” on the packages isn’t going to break the seeds. The package is bubble wrapped, so you would have to stomp the crap out of it, and you would have a helluva time crushing all seeds with one step.

I would seriously contact customer service and send that pic. Hopefully they fix it for you!

I feel for you mate i would be so upset if that happened to me and then only getting five seeds instead of a full replacement ,im glad where i get my seeds from ive never had this problem and i dont pay high prices either .i hope you get this sorted out talk to the team at ilgm and see if they can fix this problem and if not look around and shop else where

If u contact them all will be fixed for u. Ilgm is one of the best out here for seeds shit happens sometimes it’s not gonna be ilgms fault as the post offices use a machine that all pkgs go thru under a when that presses each envelope on its way thru the line. Rollers crush up the packages not shoes lol. I’m most positive they will get u set strait be patient and be understanding and all goes by so much smoother.

I’m very sorry to hear this happened to your shipment and extra sorry that you haven’t received a full replacement for this right away, something must have gone wrong processing your replacement.

I was going to reply, but I see Stacy has replied and said they would make things right. :+1:I wanted to get some Super Critical Bud, the only place that had them were Garden of Green. I originally placed order on August 14th and waited 3 months, never received them. Contacted them and was told that they would ship again. 3 months later and I still haven’t received them. Recently started receiving emails that GOG now has U.S. shipping. I’ve sent multiple emails, over the last couple of weeks, still haven’t received a reply. I’ve decided to send email everyday, probably won’t help, but maybe they will get tired of me sending them :slightly_smiling_face::rofl:

Yeah same thing with my enfun lights. Supposed to have uv lights it does but they don’t light up at all. Supposed to have meanwell drivers they don’t. Has some weird off brand junk emailed toolots they emailed back the first time wanted video and pics if I could of the uv lights no working and not meanwell drivers and they will replace them with the correct stuff. They wanted me to pay to send them back to them before they send me new stuff. Naw I’m good u screwed me once I still feel it in the back end for the 800 we spent there. Lol. Ilgm is a great place. For seeds and lessons on growing.
