I have used those panels before in wet rooms and if sealed right they are good.
dont get tricked/ if you are not using green board regular drywall needs a slick surface that says mildew mold protection… if it says water soap clean up it is not waterproof. many white paints that have oil base or mineral clean ups take on a yellow undertone that will defeat the purpose of flat white walls

Zinsser perma white in matt or eggshell? you can also have it tinted more white. its for high humidity and moisture and mold. I use it now on all wet rooms I have used so many diff paints and I really love behr and benj moore but this one is better. I use rustoleum on everything that needs serious protection. they have a paint for everything

I ended up using Mylar in my veg closet. Believe it or not, the dollar store by me has rolls of Mylar gift wrapping for like 3 bucks. It was cheap, and works great.

Well trish how are you doing with the buying and etc. Due to this Corona crap? I think I have what we need then I’m second guessing myself and think I need to go to Dollar General get bread if they have any put in freezer and maybe meat although we probably have enough, I hate the unknown and how long it could last.
