Needed more light.
You can try repotting and bury that stem and leave a half inch above ground. But it may not live. Its worth a try.
They stretch looking for light.
And a side note…That soil is way too wet. Need to water seedlings lightly. Too much water will kill them too.

You can also use some stiff wire to support her. Definitely not enough light at the beginning of the grow.

I would let that pot dry out too before any more water is added
Most definitely. It’s been raining here so much I haven’t had to water the plants in weeks.
