I am diving into auto flower but I have ordered a whole new setup. I have moved up on the mountain so I am taking this opportunity to start the beginning of a small commercial setup. Some basic info;

  • (6) Diesel AF, (2) Northern Lights AF, GSC AF,
    Gelato AF, Zkittles AF, OG Kush AF

  • Coco coir and perlite pre dosed with Bloom City
    calmag
  • Opulent Systems 5g grow bags
  • PH at 6.0 with Bloom City Up/Down
  • PPM will be tested as I go using Jack’s 5-12-26
    Part A and Jack’s 15-0-0 Part B for nutes
  • Indoor in a 4x4 Opulent Systems tent
    (@Gremmall Thank you!)
  • Light for now will be Four HLG 120 V2 on
    a 240H-c2100A for 2x4 and two 120w actual
    blurples (for now until I can build a second)
  • Temps 73°F-79°F
  • Humidity will be controlled by VPD chart
  • Ventilation system is Vivosun 6" 440 CFM
    passive system (for now) on a 440 max
    Vivosun carbon filter
  • AC controlled lung room with a small humidifier
    and dehumidifier that will be used as needed.
  • Co2 is not added

Thank you! It’s going to be fun. I have a two year plan to be self sustaining or at least 90% (I can’t grow Oreos!)

Giles is what I use.

Here is my little cheat sheet for mixing the Jack’s.

Just remember…
The mixing order is VERY important

You can throw the part A and the Epsom salt in together and mix until completely dissolved…then you add the Part B

The boost formula is designed to be used at the beginning of flower from day one of flower up to day 21…then you would go back to the normal 321 formula until they finish.

The boost formula is optional…I’ve ran plants from seed to harvest on the normal 321 formula with great results. But I can definitely see the difference using the boost formula at the beginning of flower.

Oh yeah I see why 0-52-34 would boost bloom for sure. the one I use currently is 0-35-34
