I’m not sure about the health of this seedling. It looks a little wilted and very tall. Should I replant? Or is it fine. 3 out of the 11 seeds I planted this morning have already started poking out

the plant is stretching for light. If you can turn your light up I would. If not you can lower it down a little lower. wouldn’t hurt to just throw some soil in the cup, you have plenty of room.

I would top it off with some soil to shorten the stem
