I grow outdoor but I lost all due to under watering is not easy

Thats a boat load of sprouts to loose
Depending on the region and temps you may need to start them Indoors out of the heat ?
And transition outdoors when older and stronger?

Absolutely correct most start seedlings indoors to get them past fragile start phase 5th node by 4th set of true leafs you can usually start to harden them off.This means introduce them to sunlight and more outdoor temps many choose to wait until transplanted to larger pots which keep root zone temps and moisture levels more stable. All it takes is one hot sunny day to dry out a cup of soil a larger pot is more forgiving outdoors
