I am curious if I could transplant and put plants directly into 36 hour dark period prior to flowering in same day? The ladies will be hitting Ocean Forest amended with dolomite lime just to ease my work load on ph fluctuations. Should have soil in tomorrow and my 5 gallons.

You certainly could, but I think most prefer to allow plant some recovery time and to let roots expand a little prior to putting into flower.

As dbrn32 said, best to let the plants and roots grow for a couple weeks after transplant before putting them into flowering, more roots, more plant mass = larger harvest. Happy Bday!
