On my plants I’m trying both ways I guess some of the girls (Blue Berry AF and Low Rider AF) seedlings at 12/26 to current and I thinned the lower branches out to focus on the upper Colas, 12/30 and the White Widow and Bubble Gum FP still full branches the white Widow is crazy covered still deciding if I should cut them back or go like they are.
Sorry about the light tried to get ones that aren’t quite as purple

Once they’re flowering like that I’m usually hands off. After you harvest and you’ve had a couple trimming sessions you’ll start to get a lot better idea about what to keep and what to prune during you next run.
