Unfortunately I still have some caterpillar 
wanting to eat Bud’s on my Tropicana Cookie plant, Due to supply shortage, I couldn’t find the BT liquid concetrate , Just the Dust I don’t have a duster can I delute it and spray as a liquid or will it not be effective? Appreciate anyone who has mabey tried it to chime in
