Long-time no see. So I finally figured which tent I want to buy. Its actually a really good website with high-quality tents for cheap prices at least compared to the tents I can buy in Germany but I think I’m not allowed to promote them here. Anyways I either buy a 1.50x1.50 meters tent which is about 6x6 in lumber size, if im correct. The second option is a 2x2 meters tent which goes even beyond 8x8 according to the website I just googled.
So @dbrn32 suggested me the 260wXl (Rspec) a while ago for a 1.50x1.50 tent. This is still the best option right? Now to the 2meters tent. What would be good options for that size?
Forget budget for a moment I want to plan in a best-case scenario.

1.5 meters is 59 3/4" (just under 5’). 2 meters is 79": 7’ 7". FYI.

Ya, one of those lights isn’t big enough for spaces that big. 3 xl 260 kits for 5’x5’. The proper number for 2m x 2m you need like 10 288 boards at 2.1 amps.
What about 3 320xkls for 2 m I think that’s 9 boards with 2.63 umol/j idk how to translate that in amp

It doesn’t translate to amps. Look up specs on hlg-320 driver, the input current is listed. You could give it a shot, but I don’t feel those have the coverage.

You are right they have 1.75 max
1.75 max for what? I’m not really sure how to configure for a space like that, it’s not very common. I would probably custom build my fixture to fit it. You could maybe do 4 260xw kits and place a 260xl kit in the middle.

I would probably just go with the 3 260 kits if it were me. But you can go with a little more if you want.
Deer season in California started on the tenth. We saw a decent forkie but it’s my hunting partner’s shot and felt it was a bit young. Great to see em and get out for a hike. Put a couple of miles on the boots.

Do you have the heatsinks for the boards too?
You can run 4 of those boards from a single driver, 2 boards per driver, or have a driver for each individual board. Which would you prefer?
