Put them right into 4gal after germination?

A question from a fellow grower:

After germanation do i put them straight into the 4gal,?

Personally, I put mine into Jiffy Pellets; however, there are a number of ways to bring them up as seedlings. I’ve seen others poke a bunch of holes in Solo Cups, and go that route.
