Looks like you might’ve dropped some nute water on the leaves. Could be ph fluctuations, what soil are you using?
I’m growing two purple punch’s this year, I’m excited to see them go.

Thank you for your help! The temp is 27-28 Celsius and 24 at night… I can’t drop it lower as it’s really hot over here…
I have grown it already this strain and I really like it but I had the same problem and I can’t figure out what it is… I also thought I dropped something on top but it keeps coming ! I thought also about rust but it doesn’t look thick like bumps so I don’t know I’m so frustrated!

Taking a guess here, with the high humidity the leaves are carrying water weight.
