Purple leaves after a couple of 55 degree nights

Hi there,
The leaves of my plant are turning purple as shown below. It is my understanding that this might be due to colder temps now here in NYC. When the temperature falls into this range the plant uses more phosphates causing this discoloration. I don’t have another scheduled watering for a couple of days yet, at which time I’ll add my 10:30:20 to the mix.
My concerns are for the health of the plant in general (still a few weeks to go), is this symptom a result of anything else and is there anything I should do these days before watering. The weather is supposed to get warmer for the next week or so.
Thanks for any responses…elliot

Looking beautiful! Should finish nicely. Colder temperatures bring out the colors, if that gene is expressed.
