I have a very bushy Extreme Haze plant. I use it as a mother plant & have been successful in taking cuttings & growing clones. My question is, should I prune the interior foliage?

I would, to get some airflow through her. She’s a fluffy gal! 
Also, looks like she might be getting a bit of nitrogen toxicity.
