Proper lights for seedlings?

must I use my solar extreme 500 for my seedlings or can I use a lower wattage light?

will this above light work? thanks in advanced.

From what I see about the light you posted I think it would work.
Its 24 watts and 6400k

Probably need it pretty close…Like 2 inches

That light will work, just keep it 5cm from the tops.
