Ppm and electric conductivity

If the ppm of solution in pot is 800 and ec is 1.8 does this mean salt buildup? Shouldn’t the ec be closer 1.3?
I’m concerned about lockout.I’m at end of veg and need to increase ppm.

How does the plant looks?

PPM = 800 is fine. Pay attention to pH if you are concerned about lockout.

Salt buildup is generally indicated by the stubborn refusal of pH to maintain pH = 6.5ish and instead give chronic low pH readings. You can also see salt buildup on the outside of fabric pots.

Im not sure your meter is reading correctly. With a 500 scale meter, 800 ppm would be 1.6 and with a 700 meter is would be close to 1.2.
