I have a gallon bag of sativa flowers that are showing powdery mould,After I discovered it I washed it in peroxide,and decarbed it,Can This be used in topical salves?
Topical salves, yes. Make sure the jars you pour your salve into is sterile. That will help prevent the salve from growing mold.
I would not use it in a tincture, which is taken orally.

Tincture is an alcohol/oil based spray/mist that is used orally. You spray it under your tongue to absorb the THC/CBD

I’ll take a couple bong hits then play guitar or hit the PS4 for some gaming. I couldn’t even function after smoking that stuff. Ugh.
