@Neubuds take pictures of closer to the top, it may reveal itself there.
@Ad those meters are not very accurate. It’s better to do a slurry test with a proper digital PH meter.

Your meter @Ad is scale 3.5 to 8 pH and is reading about 6.5 pH. I would recommend apera pH meter for an upgrade. As far as moisture it’s hard to beat just lifting the pot check for weight or sticking your finger down in the soil. Good luck with your grow
