Is it a male Plant?

It’s female, but somewhere along the grow something happened and it won’t produce much. Full plant photo would be great and how far along, etc.

@MattyBear the way its airy and spaced out, im thinking not enough light or light penetration? @ILGM.Zoe suggest the grower join the forum!

Could just be the genetics of the plant.

Its looks like a nute issue to me
i see single finger and no fan leaves
Or a major ph imbalance
Joining would be the best way for us to help if not on this grow next one 
It could be genetic as well
