And what kind of soil should I use to put in the hole I dont mind walking back there and giving nutes
Playin in the dirt again ๐
If you are olanning on feeding, a simple topsoil mixed with perlite. Remember, planting in ground takes away your ability to pull run off samples, reading the plant will be very important. Try not to use anything with time release. You can always add worm casings and mushroom compost to the topsoil to help fortify the soil.
I donโt use anything for bugs. Humidiy will be your biggest issue probably. Will cause PWM and and bud rot.
Awsome thatโs exciting
Best I can suggest is start your own topic and use a support form. Just copy and paste and fill in your relevant information- ILGM Grow Support Ticket
Be as specific as you can, provide PH and TDS results.
Update-
Had to give the girls something to drink. Itโs been too damn hot and too damn dry.
Finished the water barrel, let each one drink for 10 minutes or about 2.5 gallons. One hour to water 5 ladies.
Picture with flash, yes, she is that frosty
Looking great over here
Top picture, 50/50 green and yellow leaves. Potassium deficiency or too much potassium? I think I used too much manure but an in-ground grow makes it hard to flush
So what you think your next step would be
Do you just let it ride
Iโm not worried about my autos, their days are numbered. It is the LSD Fem I am concerned about. I have a 55 gal barrel for watering so large volumes of water for flushing isnโt an issue, but honestly, I donโt think flushing is even possible since I canโt take any readings from runoff. I think the issue will resolve itself with regular watering, I think.
Ah ok makes sence
Did you โcookโ the manure first?
Not sure the exact stage of the plant but you could try to dig up or maybe try to displace some of the perimeter soil that has too much manure with โcoolerโ soil? Just throwing out ideas.
Best to open a ticket or start your own thread.
I will say that the first pictures you posted showed a clear nitrogen toxicity, the dark green and the tips of the leaves were Clawing down thats a tell tale sign.
@NavyVet420 just read through your grow, dang you have had a bad germination rate.
Do you soak your seeds for 24hr before?
I have had 100% germination rate using the soak method followed by starting seeds in jiffy pucks inside a jiffy starter container (mini green house keeps humidity really high) but my farmer buddy told me the trick is to pour bowling hot water on the jiffy pucks and then once they are only warm then put your seeds in and place the container in a dark place for a couple days where itโs warm.
Love the frosty sucker mmm looks exciting.
I have to ask, why did you stress your autos and top them? Autos are best left as is, sure tie them off to some steaks when they get bigger but thatโs alot of stress with all the plant training, topping and pruning your doing.
Iโll be growing my first autos outside once it gets warm enough in the nights (need to be lows of 12c and currently lows of 4c) Iโm probably 2 or 3 weeks behind scedule but hopefully they make it to harvest because I wonโt be able to bring them inside if they donโt finish in time.
Keep at it, following.
I topped all mine did not even see a day of recovery time
All the experts say donโt top or prune
Nicky- I donโt soak my seeds, straight into starter medium. The seeds I had issues with mainly were ones I had just ordered. As you read in my journal, I popped 2 WWA in thier forever pots and both germinated. I have always been a believer of the KISS method.
Depending on how strong the plants are time of topping or fimming, most autos respond and recover rather well. When done correctly, you have bigger yield.
This is my runt from last grow-
Your โruntโ is bigger than most peoples monsters!
