Has anyone used clear plastic to wrap around the pot to protect from frost and wind. Do you have to enclose it or can the top be open. Thanks in advance.

Well most of us use cloth pots so that’s kinda counter productive to aerative properties of the fabric not to mention plastic wrap isnt exactly insulating you’d probably be better off wrapping it in a blanket

When you say plastic wrap do you mean bubble wrap or similar around a plastic pot. I know of some growers here in the uk that have done similar. Straw would be a better option though I would imagine. I know plastic attracts slugs for some reason
