Plants are passing lights

My plants got to big and they are pass the light fixtures. I have no more room to adjust. Some of the tops are getting burnt. Do I need to replace with LED to create space?

Look into super cropping. I just press the area I’m going to bend down with needle nose pliers wrapped in bandaids. Go in a circle till you hear fibers go soft and then bend.
