I’m seeing some colored pistols here and there, is that normal at this stage?

Yes totally normal. New ones will pop out and the process keeps going until finished. I’m already seeing color in some of the bud

Yes, totally normal. There will be new calyx sacs that will form and replace those aged pistils.
