Looks good only recommendation I would make is trim the buds a little closer at least I would but if your happy with it then it’s all good
That’s the beauty of growing your own you can harvest trim and whatever else you want it your garden lol

Can you use those trimmed leaves, looks like thy have some trichomes/ frost in them?

Yes you can use them for edibles and what not make hash from them also
So yes keep all trimmings I don’t waste anything lol
