How many plants can i fit into a 8x10 room and how much distance between each? I have 4 hydroplanet 1000w lights and one California solar system 1100 led, is that over kill on lights or am i good?
Usually I give my plants about 2sqft each.

@Dieselgrower has it right 2 square feet at least but it would depend on training techniques used some will make your plant spread out over that
As far a lights @dbrn32 has a good handle on those
But for a simple calculation 35-50 watts per square foot of grow space high quality leds 35 up to 50watts
Im not familiar with your lights
