What do you guys use to raise a plant up to even out the canopy with a taller plant?
I’ve used a milk crate in the past but Im looking for ideas to raise one like 6 or 7"
I’ve seen people use shelving grates from the hardware store which you can adjust as you wish. I use commercially available risers.
If u go to Walmart u should be able to pick up a grit guard like this
This what i use for pot raisers
I use these all the time as a method to catch runoff in a clean way.
I had some 1"x4"x8’ boards left over from a project I cut them in 10" length and stack them like Jenga.
I ended up coming up with this for now. Thanks to everyone for their ideas
I put 4 wood screws under the 2 2x4s to keep it raised up off the tub
Looks good, what ever it takes to make them happy and healthy.
My favorite thing to use now is some foam board insulation. I had a remnant 2” board that I cut into squares. I just stack as many as I need to under the pot to get to the right height. I’ve also gone a bit more “MacGuyver” and just used whatever I had on hand, used a brick of coco one time.
We need a DIY section,Im surprised there isnt one really.
