The first thing I see is a plant that is starving for light. It has a long skinny stem that is likely to break with any significant force applied (and sometimes, not all that significant a force) ! What is your light source? and how far from the plant? What ever it is, it is most likely too far from the plant to be sufficient light for your plant. Reflective material, Mylar,is also great for the sides to reflect all light towards the plant and not all that expensive. Home Depot and Lowes have it available. Aluminum foil does not reflect cleanly if it has any folds in it.
If you do not already have a fan gently blowing on the plant, you should soon. Just enough air circulation to move the leaves gently. The motion will strengthen the stalk and help prevent breaking.
Get Robert’s grow guide, that you can download, and read it. He has a LOT of very valuable information that most of us used on our first and subsequent grows.
After filling out the support sheet as Majiktoker suggested, we can help with any further problems.
Good luck with your grow. Do not be afraid to ask questions, we learn from each other.
And by far the best forum to learn from each other every one here is great help to add to that, well said about tinfoil vs Mylar jerry
