Two different plants in two separate tentsany ideas
Please post pics of the full plants and give us a description of how you care for them. It’s impossible to make any conclusions based on pics of a few leaves.
Leaf one was the only leaf that color on a jadi kush form Pacific Seed Bank this grow i have only been using fish shit over all the plants have been good had a bug 
issue
The second set of leaves came off mystery seed this grow has been straight water

They look fine to me. Did you pull those leaves from near the bottom of the plants? It’s normal for cannabis to shed its lower leaves as the plants mature.
