Should i trim the top so its not growing any higher? About 5’ now

I’m not sure why you would want to constrain height in a outdoor grow.
Topping and supercropping will help if you need to for some reason.

Let that baby ride if you’re outdoors!! She’s flowering so the stretch should pretty much stop real soon. Nice looking lady you got there!

If you need to keep it low for concealment you could supercrop that top stalk over and temporarily weigh it or tie it down until it heals in the new trajectory.
