Plant started out good then took a shit. Help?

Normal lighting would help, but the top growth looks good from what I can kind of see.

to me it looks like you over watered at first and then corrected it.

I thought so, can this be fixed?
yes, just slow down on watering, it looks like he already did. I only water seedlings when the soil gets dry about 2 inches deep and then it’s only a few squirts with the water bottle.
