This is Bruce banner 3. Based on these pics, how long will it be till harvest. I plan to harvest at about 10% amber. I harvested too early lastime.
I know it cant be exact. All I need is “closer than a weatherman” accurate.

Tough to see the trich’s from the sides and the LED lights on the scope distort the Picts. Look mostly clear. How many weeks from when you first saw pistils? Flipped 12/12. Having a full flower picture helps to gauge the pistils as well.

I dont remember. It was the first time with lst so it was different. I do taxes so I’m kind of out of it these days.

Nice plants! You have done a good job.
Bruce puts out orange pistils, so can’t tell ratio of spent to “white” pistils, but you are looking for 90-95% spent pistils. With the trich’s you want to see some amber and looking from the side of the trich the “knob” and “stem” should appear cloudy, not clear. Close to 100% should be cloudy depending on desire for couch lock 10-40% amber. You also need to be looking at trichomes in the bud and not on the leaves.
Also, patience because the plant is packing on the most weight at this stage and you be passing up on significant yields and potency.

its not magnified enough for me to see the trich oils.
the peak is at 15-50% amber, 3-10 amber out of 20 trich’s,
this is when the buds r heaviest and the buzz is the best it can be,
the closer to 50% u get, the more couch lock you’ll have.!
