It can work but its not the best choice. That has fertilizer in it, you would want something plain or something formulated for seedlings. I have used the miracle grow with ok results. You will be good with the soil just make sure to give them plain water until they have used up all the nutes in soil
You also want to spray seedlings 3 times a day to water. Don’t drench the soil. Overwatering seedlings is very easy and happens quick. Also to elaborate what dr.dank said. Seedlings have everything they need for the first week. No fertilization required. Fox Farm is what I see the majority of people using here. Never used my self but from what I’ve read and seen it’s one of the best choices.
