Ph-ing nutrients

My plants are 6 weeks old , and i have been given half doses of ff nutrients, made full doses this time ph was at 5.3, i have had to add at least 20 drops per gal and finally up to 6.1. Does this seem normal ? Thanks

Yeah, it takes more ph up to adjust than ph down. Hard water will effect this also

Should be closer to 6.5 if in soil. What is pH of water? Do you check water before you add neuts?

Also make sure you test your runoff water also. The salt buildup from the nutrients will cause your soil or coco ph to rise
