Would it be ok to bring my outdoor plants to my indoor grow room for last 3 weeks of flowering for weather related issues?

As long as you have decent lighting to allow it to finish.
Otherwise check for pests when you bring it in. That’s about it.

I’ve heard, if done in reverse or continuously you can stress your plant into a hermie?
Why? It’s just getting more light.

I was just asking. I guess from the stress cuz they aren’t used to it. But I guess by that logic lst would hermie your plant. I never thought about how that sounded. Lol.
Check very very very thoroughly for pests.
Even then, eggs or mold/mildew can catch a ride and run rampant without Mother Nature keeping them in check.
