I started these in side and was stared flowing brought them outside and it made them go back to veg now they started flowering and all the stuff underneath looksb
What was your light scheduling inside ? Compare that to what it is outside …the light or dark period is probably not the same

That looks like a mess. Like a start over to me.

Just let it go and hopefully new flowers will replace the old. Nothing to loose. This is common when going from inside to outside too soon in the season. They go back to veg and then reflower with all new buds.
Chop bag and toss the brown stuff. Wash down what is left with heavy peroxide and water wash and the see what’s up.

Sorry to see the bud rot Growmie and agree with @beardless. Could be some salvaged bud sights after a thorough wash down. She’ll kicked back into flower mode once the daylight hours start diminishing
